Organization of LAR

LAR Centre is a Federally registered not-for-profit organization based in Canada, with a headquarters in the United States. Previously, it was an unincorporated not-for-profit organization with its name Canadian Library of Academic Resources (CLAR). The US headquarters publishes LAR journals, and provides all editorial facilities for the journals.

An experienced board of directors passionate about free access to scholarly resources established LAR and runs it with the mission of communicating scholarly resources to intended readers through open access channel, and promoting open access policy among academic and regulatory bodies.
